Test drive and purchase

Just a phone call later, a test-drive is booked for the next Saturday.

The lightly used yellow one is the machine of choice for the day.

I'm convinced it's in no way under-powered despite the 0.6 l engine. Hey, it has a turbo, with a flutter that would make you believe you're showing-off with your Subaru on the parking lot of the local supermarket.

I've played with the car configurator enough, and watched about all the Youtube reviews of the 170S/170R to know I would configure it like this one anyway. Yellow, the black stripes, lowered floor, and most important, the spare wheel. A Seven must have a spare wheel. I cannot imagine it any other way.

With 2000km on the clock, it is even better than new : somebody else took the burden of the break-in for me.

I ask "How should I proceed to buy it?"  -   "You configure it the way you want it, and we place an order." - "I meant this one." -  "Oh, you just pay a few k€ down payment, we bring it to the MOT, and it's all yours - By the way, there is a spring time action...".

I've saved 10 months wait time, it's there, I'm driving it, and it will soon be mine.
