So on February 2nd I understand there's a Caterham dealer in the Liège area.

Let's get there during lunch, why not.

I learn that they now come with an european certificate of conformity (CoC) and that all the nonsense related to individual homologation (IVA?) is off the table, good.

They have a cool entry model with a 660cc Suzuki engine that delivers 84bhp, with very limited registration fee (62€) and yearly tax (96€) to match.

Of that model/family, 3 specimens are on display : a white one with red stripes that reminds me of the R500, an old-school sky-blue one with the long "super 7" wings, and a second-hand yellow one with black stripes, that looks like the "LE60-CAT" 620R press-car.

Budget is around 48k€ new for the "170S" modern-looking one, and 54k€ for the super spec'ed fine leather and mohair "Super Seven 600".

The second-hand yellow one has only seen 1 year of prior ownership and only been driven ca 2000km.

I get back there with my girlfriend late in the evening after a concert, she's not really interested or really curious. Oh well...
